Some account details can be updated via Account Settings after logging in. However, changing your name or date of birth may require assistance from our support team. Updating your mobile number requires additional verification.

Live betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. Log in, head to the "Live" section, pick an ongoing match, and bet at the latest available odds. Note that odds change rapidly during live betting.

8ball uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 if you win (profit of ৳150). Lower odds indicate a higher probability; higher odds mean a bigger payout but lower chance of winning.
